The brand: Praga Kart

Conceived in 2010, at the same time as the foundation of IPK, Praga Kart is the group’s most historic brand, tracing its roots back to the legendary Czech car manufacturer founded in 1907.

It quickly established itself as a major player on the international stage, winning its first world title in 2012, less than two years after its debut in the most prestigious competitions.

Victory in the World Cup, achieved with Bas Lammers in the premier class of karting, was just the first in a long series of successes that have made Praga Kart a benchmark in the sector.

Thanks to relentless development work and the ability of IPK technicians to respond to the diverse needs of drivers and teams at all levels of experience, Praga chassis continue to appeal to a wide variety of users, from professionals to amateurs. A complete range of Racing karts has taken shape through continuous innovation, featuring the Dragon and Fighter models, available in three versions for the Junior and Senior classes (XS1, XS3, and DD2), the Monster for the MINI classes, the Dark as an entry-level option, the Baby for young children taking their first steps in karting, and the America, a racing kart designed for 4-stroke engine categories.

Characterised by numerous technical solutions that allow for precise setup optimisation in all track conditions, as well as by high-quality components, primarily crafted from a highly efficient and reliable aluminium alloy, Praga products are appreciated across multiple racing classes.
